What to include in your email
These details help us respond faster:
- Device model (e.g. iPhone 16)
- iOS version (Settings → General → About)
- Game version (Settings → Credits & Legal in x3r0TD)
- Short description of the issue
- Screenshots or screen recordings if relevant
- Sector number for gameplay or balance reports
Do not send sensitive information
Never email passwords, Apple ID credentials, payment-card numbers, or other sensitive personal data. x3r0soft will never ask for them.
Purchases and restore
- Use Store → Restore Purchases or Settings → Restore Purchases to sync entitlements.
- Consumable Core bundles do not restore after reinstall — standard App Store policy, disclosed in the in-game Store.
- Purchase issues are often resolved by signing into the correct Apple ID and restoring before contacting support.

Frequently asked questions
The game will not launch
Force-quit x3r0TD and reopen it. Restart your iPhone, then confirm you are on iOS 26.5 or later (x3r0TD is iPhone-only). If the app still fails to open, delete and reinstall using the same source you installed from (TestFlight during beta, or the App Store once the public listing is available) — local save data will be removed because progress is stored on your device only. Email support@x3r0soft.com with your device model, iOS version, and game version if the problem continues.
The game crashes
Note your device model, iOS version, and what you were doing when the crash occurred (sector number, mode, etc.).
TestFlight builds: use the TestFlight app → Send Beta Feedback to include diagnostic logs automatically.
App Store builds: email support@x3r0soft.com with the details above. A screenshot of the sector or error screen helps.
I lost my progress
x3r0TD stores campaign progress, upgrades, and settings locally on your device using SwiftData. We do not operate cloud save or game servers, so progress cannot be recovered from x3r0soft if the local save is deleted. Uninstalling the app, wiping the device, or restoring from a backup without the app's data will remove progress. If progress disappeared without those steps, email us with your device model, iOS version, and game version — we will help troubleshoot.
How do I restore purchases?
Open Store → Restore Purchases or Settings → Restore Purchases in x3r0TD while signed into the Apple ID used for the purchase. Consumable Core bundles (Core Cache and Core Vault) follow standard App Store policy and do not restore after reinstall — this is disclosed in the in-game Store. If restore does not grant expected content, email us after trying both restore locations.
I was charged but did not receive content
First, confirm you are signed into the correct Apple ID, then use Restore Purchases in the Store or Settings screen.
Apple processes all payments — x3r0soft does not receive your payment card details. If content is still missing after restoring, email support@x3r0soft.com with your device model, iOS version, game version, and the product name (Core Cache or Core Vault). Do not send card numbers or Apple ID passwords.
Can I play offline?
Yes. The campaign, Endless mode, and Daily challenge run without an internet connection. An internet connection is only needed for App Store purchases, purchase restoration, and other flows handled by Apple.
How do I change sound or haptics?
Open Settings in x3r0TD. Under Audio, adjust Music and Sound effects volume sliders. Under Feedback, toggle Haptics and Screen shake. The iOS silent switch mutes all game audio. For motion and readability options, open Settings → Accessibility (Reduce motion, effects intensity, contrast, and related toggles).
How do I report a bug?
Email support@x3r0soft.com with your device model, iOS version, game version (shown under Credits & Legal), a short description, and screenshots if useful. For sector-specific issues, include the sector number. TestFlight testers may also use TestFlight → Send Beta Feedback for crashes.
