Email

Use the subject “Flume support”. In the game, Settings → About & support → Email support fills it in for you.

What to include in your email

These details help us answer faster:

  • Your iPhone model (for example, iPhone 16)
  • iOS version (Settings → General → About)
  • Game version (Settings → About & support in Flume)
  • What happened and when, and what you expected to happen
  • A screenshot or screen recording, if it helps

Frequently asked questions

Can I rotate a piece?

No. Pieces come in fixed orientations; the route is yours to plan around them.

What is the goal?

The number of pipes the water must fill before it spills. It grows every level, and the water gets faster.

What ends a run?

A spill before the level's goal is met. Clearing a level offers one of three perks.

Flume will not launch

Force-quit Flume and open it again, then restart your iPhone. Flume needs iOS 18 or later: Settings → General → About shows your version, and Settings → General → Software Update installs updates.

If it still will not open, delete Flume and install it again. Reinstalling deletes your local progress, because progress, records and the saved run are stored only on your iPhone. If none of this helps, email support@x3r0soft.com.

I lost my progress

Progress, records, unlocks and the saved run are stored on your iPhone only. x3r0soft never receives them, so they cannot be recovered by x3r0soft. Deleting the app or using Settings → Reset progress removes them. If progress disappeared without either, email us with your iPhone model, iOS version and game version.

How do I change sound or haptics?

Open Settings in Flume. Sound follows the iPhone silent switch and mixes with music from other apps. Sound and haptics can be switched off in Settings.

Does Flume respect Reduce Motion?

Yes. Flume follows the iPhone setting: Settings → Accessibility → Motion → Reduce Motion. Every control works with one finger.

How do I report a bug?

Email support@x3r0soft.com with the subject “Flume support”. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, the game version from Settings → About & support, what happened and when, and a screenshot if it helps. The Email support link in Settings → About & support fills in the subject and the versions for you.

Do not send sensitive information

Never email passwords, Apple ID credentials, payment-card numbers or other sensitive personal data. x3r0soft will never ask for them.
