Frequently asked questions
Why did I take damage?
Every enemy marks the cells it will strike next turn before you move. The cell you were standing on was marked. Shoving a grunt or an archer cancels its strike; brutes and bombers keep theirs.
How do I deal damage?
You never hit directly. Shove enemies into walls, pits, spikes, barrels or each other; the slam does the damage.
Can I undo a move?
No. Each swipe is a turn. Use wait to let enemies come to you.
Shove will not launch
Force-quit Shove and open it again, then restart your iPhone. Shove needs iOS 18 or later: Settings → General → About shows your version, and Settings → General → Software Update installs updates.
If it still will not open, delete Shove and install it again. Reinstalling deletes your local progress, because progress, records and the saved run are stored only on your iPhone. If none of this helps, email support@x3r0soft.com.
I lost my progress
Progress, records, unlocks and the saved run are stored on your iPhone only. x3r0soft never receives them, so they cannot be recovered by x3r0soft. Deleting the app or using Settings → Reset progress removes them. If progress disappeared without either, email us with your iPhone model, iOS version and game version.
How do I change sound or haptics?
Open Settings in Shove. Sound follows the iPhone silent switch and mixes with music from other apps. Sound and haptics can be switched off in Settings.
Does Shove respect Reduce Motion?
Yes. Shove follows the iPhone setting: Settings → Accessibility → Motion → Reduce Motion. Every control works with one finger.
How do I report a bug?
Email support@x3r0soft.com with the subject “Shove support”. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, the game version from Settings → About & support, what happened and when, and a screenshot if it helps. The Email support link in Settings → About & support fills in the subject and the versions for you.
Do not send sensitive information
Never email passwords, Apple ID credentials, payment-card numbers or other sensitive personal data. x3r0soft will never ask for them.
