Email

What to include in your email

These details help us answer faster:

  • Your iPhone model (for example, iPhone 16)
  • iOS version (Settings → General → About)
  • Game version (Settings → About & support in Hairpin)
  • What happened and when, and what you expected to happen
  • A screenshot or screen recording, if it helps

Frequently asked questions

Why does the car keep turning?

While you hold, the car leans toward the inside of the corner ahead. Let go and it straightens by itself. Short, repeated holds keep it on the line.

What is heat?

A multiplier built by clean corners. It cools on long straights and resets when you touch a rumble strip.

What ends a run?

A crash: going past a rumble strip on either side of the road. The Roll Cage part forgives one crash per gate.

Hairpin will not launch

Force-quit Hairpin and open it again, then restart your iPhone. Hairpin needs iOS 18 or later: Settings → General → About shows your version, and Settings → General → Software Update installs updates.

If it still will not open, delete Hairpin and install it again. Reinstalling deletes your local progress, because progress, records and the saved run are stored only on your iPhone. If none of this helps, email support@x3r0soft.com.

I lost my progress

Progress, records, unlocks and the saved run are stored on your iPhone only. x3r0soft never receives them, so they cannot be recovered by x3r0soft. Deleting the app or using Settings → Reset progress removes them. If progress disappeared without either, email us with your iPhone model, iOS version and game version.

How do I change sound or haptics?

Open Settings in Hairpin. Sound follows the iPhone silent switch and mixes with music from other apps. Sound and haptics can be switched off in Settings.

Does Hairpin respect Reduce Motion?

Yes. Hairpin follows the iPhone setting: Settings → Accessibility → Motion → Reduce Motion. Every control works with one finger.

How do I report a bug?

Email support@x3r0soft.com with the subject “Hairpin support”. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, the game version from Settings → About & support, what happened and when, and a screenshot if it helps. The Email support link in Settings → About & support fills in the subject and the versions for you.

Do not send sensitive information

Never email passwords, Apple ID credentials, payment-card numbers or other sensitive personal data. x3r0soft will never ask for them.
