Vault support

Keep your finger down after the tap. Up to a quarter of a second of hold adds height.

A stomp: the jump is cut short and the runner drops fast, so you can land before a wall or on a short slab. With the Double Jump relic it jumps again instead.

Falling into a gap, touching spikes or hitting the side of a wall. The Second Life relic forgives one death per station.

Force-quit Vault and open it again, then restart your iPhone. Vault needs iOS 18 or later: Settings → General → About shows your version, and Settings → General → Software Update installs updates.

If it still will not open, delete Vault and install it again. Reinstalling deletes your local progress, because progress, records and the saved run are stored only on your iPhone. If none of this helps, email support@x3r0soft.com.

Progress, records, unlocks and the saved run are stored on your iPhone only. x3r0soft never receives them, so they cannot be recovered by x3r0soft. Deleting the app or using Settings → Reset progress removes them. If progress disappeared without either, email us with your iPhone model, iOS version and game version.

Open Settings in Vault. Sound follows the iPhone silent switch and mixes with music from other apps. Sound and haptics can be switched off in Settings.

Yes. Vault follows the iPhone setting: Settings → Accessibility → Motion → Reduce Motion. Every control works with one finger.
