These Terms of Use ("Terms") are plain-language rules for using the x3r0soft website at x3r0soft.com and the x3r0TD iPhone app ("App"). They are not formal legal advice. If you need advice for your situation, consult a qualified professional.
The App is published by x3r0soft. By using the website or App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or App.
Website use
x3r0soft.com provides information about x3r0soft and x3r0TD, plus support and legal pages. You may read and link to public pages for personal, non-commercial use.
You agree not to:
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the website
- Scrape or automate access in a way that harms performance or security
- Misrepresent your affiliation with x3r0soft
- Use the website for unlawful purposes
The website is static and does not offer accounts, comments, or uploads in the current release.
Game availability
x3r0TD is a single-player tower defense game for iPhone. It requires iOS 26.5 or later as stated on the product page and in App Store materials.
The App runs offline on your device for core gameplay. We do not operate multiplayer servers or x3r0soft cloud save in the current release. Progress is stored locally — see our Privacy Policy.
Features, balance, and availability may change in updates. We may discontinue the App or remove it from sale, subject to Apple's platform rules and applicable law.
Intellectual property
x3r0TD, x3r0soft, the website content, and the App's code, audio, and visuals are owned by x3r0soft or used under license. In-game visuals are procedurally generated and original to this project unless otherwise noted in the App credits.
Apple system fonts, symbols, and platform frameworks remain subject to Apple's licenses. You receive a limited right to use the App on devices you own or control — not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from the App or website except where applicable law allows or we give written permission.
Acceptable use
When using the App, you agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, or tamper with game files
- Reverse engineer or modify the App except where applicable law permits
- Use the App in a way that violates law or Apple's App Store rules
- Harass or abuse support staff in email correspondence
x3r0TD is offline single-player today. Rules about disrupting other players apply only if multiplayer or shared features are added in a future version.
App Store purchases
Optional in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store, not by x3r0soft directly. Pricing, billing, refunds, and payment disputes are handled under Apple's terms and policies.
The current App offers optional consumable Core bundles. Consumable purchases do not restore after reinstall, as disclosed in the in-game Store and App Store listing. Use Restore Purchases in the App for restorable entitlements, if any are offered in your version.
x3r0soft does not receive your payment card details. Purchase questions may require Apple Support in addition to support@x3r0soft.com.
No guarantee of uninterrupted service
The website and App are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep both reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or compatibility with every device configuration, iOS version, or future Apple platform change.
Updates, maintenance, App Store review outcomes, or device issues may affect availability. Local save data can be lost if the App is deleted or the device is reset.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x3r0soft and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the website or App.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the website or App is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to x3r0soft for the App or in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) zero if you paid nothing beyond Apple's purchase price handled by Apple.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits. In those places, some of the above may not apply to you.
Changes to the service
We may update the website, App, pricing, features, or these Terms. The effective date at the top changes when Terms are revised. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Material App changes are delivered through App Store updates where required. Check this page periodically for website and policy changes.
