Email

What to include in your email

These details help us answer faster:

  • Your iPhone model (for example, iPhone 16)
  • iOS version (Settings → General → About)
  • Game version (Settings → About & support in Palisade)
  • What happened and when, and what you expected to happen
  • A screenshot or screen recording, if it helps

Frequently asked questions

Why can I only build one kind of tower?

By design. Every post is an archer post; the choices are where, when, how high to upgrade and which relics to take.

What does Call do?

It sends the waiting wave now instead of after the countdown and pays you for every second you skipped. Only one wave can wait, so calling cannot be farmed.

What ends a run?

Losing all ten lives. Raiders that reach the gate cost a life each; a Warlord comes every ten waves.

Palisade will not launch

Force-quit Palisade and open it again, then restart your iPhone. Palisade needs iOS 18 or later: Settings → General → About shows your version, and Settings → General → Software Update installs updates.

If it still will not open, delete Palisade and install it again. Reinstalling deletes your local progress, because progress, records and the saved run are stored only on your iPhone. If none of this helps, email support@x3r0soft.com.

I lost my progress

Progress, records, unlocks and the saved run are stored on your iPhone only. x3r0soft never receives them, so they cannot be recovered by x3r0soft. Deleting the app or using Settings → Reset progress removes them. If progress disappeared without either, email us with your iPhone model, iOS version and game version.

How do I change sound or haptics?

Open Settings in Palisade. Sound follows the iPhone silent switch and mixes with music from other apps. Sound and haptics can be switched off in Settings.

Does Palisade respect Reduce Motion?

Yes. Palisade follows the iPhone setting: Settings → Accessibility → Motion → Reduce Motion. Every control works with one finger.

How do I report a bug?

Email support@x3r0soft.com with the subject “Palisade support”. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, the game version from Settings → About & support, what happened and when, and a screenshot if it helps. The Email support link in Settings → About & support fills in the subject and the versions for you.

Do not send sensitive information

Never email passwords, Apple ID credentials, payment-card numbers or other sensitive personal data. x3r0soft will never ask for them.
